Review: This one just never seemed to draw me in.  As a dog, I am always interested in movies with magical animal-like creatures.  However, Newt Scamander and his friendly creatures just come across as weird most of the time.  The crab walk/dance was really funny though.

Review: Easily forgotten...so much so in fact that I have trouble remembering the title of the film let alone typing it.  Is is crimes of Dumbledore or secrets of Grindelwald?!!!  I never know and I go to these movies with high hopes and leave disappointed.  Frankly, there is so much untold story that I am just dying to see play out on screen between Dumbledore and Grindelwald.  Am I alone when I say, "Let's please focus on that!"  The other characters and their development is so uninteresting and even distracting at times.  Like the STAR WARS franchise which leaves me disappointed not to know more about the Darth Sidious and Darth Plagueis back story, I am begging for more focus on these key characters!

Review: Well, having not seen any of the previous Fantastic Beasts films, I say job well done. If you are familiar with Harry Potter at all, this definitely stands alone as a good prequel for Dumbledore.
