Review: Excellent film! Coach Jones ought to take a drink of that coffee more often in the barber shop scenes of this film. Come to think of it, why is a barber shop open so late? What do I know though…I’m just a dog! Ha!

Review: I really debated if this film should be categorized under the sports genre as it is almost equally focused on family. This is a heart-warming classic set in the south. If you don’t know anything about sports, specifically football, that is perfectly okay here. Cuba Gooding Jr. will steal your heart and it’s clear he put a lot of thought and heart into the role of James Robert “Radio” Kennedy. During the film, Hannah even mentioned that it must have taken Cuba “forever” to master “the look” for the role of James. My favorite scene is when James says “Both” when provided two choices and asked what type of cobbler he would like. Overall, this film is sensational! I’m giving it a 10!

Review: Who doesn’t love a good throw back? Radio makes you want to curl up on the couch with a good cup of coffee and let your heart get happy. Cuba and Ed deliver outstanding performances and truly make you reflect at the kindness you offer the world. Relationships are the key to a good story and this film doesn’t disappoint with relatable family, friends, and work dynamics. If you don’t know what to watch tonight but you know you want something that will warm your heart, Radio won’t let you down.
