The Mirage Hotel & Casino is one "must do" for those that might be new to vacationing in Las Vegas, Nevada. This resort offers a prime location on Las Vegas Boulevard while also staying budget friendly. The resort provides a very convenient layout including room proximity to self-parking, casino size, & the nearby Strip. Be advised there will be a nightly resort fee applied to your booking. It is true, Fremont Street Experience offers hotels with no nightly resort fee & low cost/no cost round-trip transportation from Mccarran. Having stayed at Four Queens on Fremont Street many times in addition to staying on the Strip, the resort fee is well worth the curb appeal of Las Vegas Boulevard (inclusive amenities- M Life perks, pool, gym, transportation, proximity to landmarks). My recommendation is to buy the Deuce 1 to 3 day bus pass. This will allow you to navigate between the Strip & Fremont Street throughout your vacation. Colleagues I work with who live/work in Vegas routinely recommend the Strip vs. old downtown Vegas known as Fremont. If you prefer low cost/no cost on resort stay/airfare/transportation (4-nights- $500-$1,000) then I recommend Fremont. If you desire inclusive experiences that make you feel the Vegas vibe but doesn't break the budget (4-nights-$1,000-$2,000), then choose to stay at Mirage. The Mirage Hotel & Casino is a AAA 4-Diamond rated hotel. Click here to book. Additional "must dos" in Las Vegas: The Neon Museum & Red Rock Canyon. These offer a different look at the geography & history of the area. - Chandler Presidential limo departure service to McCarran International Airport from Mirage Hotel & Casino. (Below)
